Our 6-Week Resolution Rescue Challenge  kicks off on JANUARY 7, 2019!
How many people are on each team?
4 Man teams consisting of 2 members & 2 non-members or 1 member & 3 non-members.  If you don't have a team we will place you in a team.
What is your schedule?
Team Training (Unlimited):
Monday: 5:00am, 6:00am, 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Tuesday: 6:00am, 12:00p, 6:30pm
Wednesday: 5:00am, 6:00am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm
Thursday: 6:00am, 9:00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday: 5:00am, 6:00am
Saturday: 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am
Do I have to come every single day?
Absolutely NOT... You can get shredded in as little as 3-4 days a week with us.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
Does it include a nutrition plan, too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.  We also offer a Custom Nutrition Plan for an additional fee.
Will there be a prize?
